Divorce Clarity at Work

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

The short version. We collect what we need to give you access and send you what you asked for. Your employer never receives your name, what you viewed, or anything you write. We do not sell your information, and our Divorce Clarity at Work pages carry no advertising pixels. Please use a personal email address, and please don't send us details of your case.

This Privacy Policy explains what ValuED Sales LLC ("the Company," "we," "us") collects through divorceclarityatwork.com, its registration and checkout pages, the course portal, and the course Start Where You Are (together, the "Program"), and how we use it. It is part of our Terms of Use.

1. What we collect

  • What you give us. Your first name and email address when you register or buy. If you choose to answer, where you work and how you heard about the Program.
  • Purchase information. What you bought, the price and the date. Card details are entered with and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Course activity. The course portal records your login and which lessons you have completed, so it can show your progress.
  • Email activity. Whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked.
  • Basic technical information. Our site platform automatically records information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, using cookies needed for the site to work.
  • What you write to us. Anything you send us by email.

Anything you write in your own working file stays with you. We do not collect it.

2. How we use it

  • To give you access to the Program and deliver what you register for or buy.
  • To send emails about your registration, purchase and course access, and occasional updates about the Program. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
  • To answer your questions and fix access problems.
  • To report totals, as described in Section 3.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

3. What your employer and perks platforms receive

Your employer never receives:

  • your name, or whether you registered, bought, opened or finished anything
  • which lessons or sections you viewed, or for how long
  • anything you write or type
  • any question you asked, or any answer you were given

What we may share: totals only. For example, how many people used the Program in a period, how many people from a company registered, or how many asked their HR team to cover it. We do not report any total small enough to identify someone.

Perks platforms. If you found us through an employee perks platform, that platform knows what you clicked on its own site, under its own privacy policy. We do not send the platform anything about what you do in the Program.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the Program, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • FG Funnels (built on HighLevel), which hosts our pages, forms, checkout, email and course portal
  • Stripe, which processes payments

We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or safety of the Company or others.

5. No advertising tracking

Pages on divorceclarityatwork.com do not load advertising pixels. We do not use your information for retargeting or custom advertising audiences, and we do not connect the Program to any advertising system. People who register through divorceclarityatwork.com are not added to our general consumer newsletter.

6. Privacy in a hard season

If someone else can read your email, see your phone or get into your accounts, use an email address and device only you control before you register or buy. Your card statement currently shows "VALUED SALES MDBWY." If safety is any part of your situation, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24 hours a day at 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788. In immediate danger, call 911.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have access to the Program or are on our email list, and afterward as long as needed for records, taxes and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

8. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from updates using the link in any email. You will still receive emails needed for something you bought.
  • Access, correction or deletion. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your information also removes the course access tied to it.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. Contact us and we will honor them as the law requires.

9. Security

We rely on established providers that use encryption and industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason not to send us sensitive details about your case.

10. Children

The Program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date above shows when it last changed. We will not weaken what Section 3 promises about your employer without telling you first.
